This place had a comfortable suite with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV, plus a lovely city view and friendly, helpful staff.

There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and a multi-channel TV in the room, really enjoyed that. The personnel was nice and amiable and helped us with laundry. The location of the property was marvellous, close to the bus stop. Found Symposium with perfect drinks 200 metres away.

This hotel has a great location right in the center, close to the city centre and the bus stop. Being in Downtown, it's convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are modern, with a balcony and a modern bathroom. It's great that breakfast is included, with fresh fruits and juices every morning. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located hotel. The staff were cute and helpful, providing us with fresh fruit, juices, and tasty croissants at breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary facilities and a modern bathroom.

Not one thing.

We enjoyed the festive decorations and Christmas spirit of the place. the breakfast was generous with a good variety of tasty food. the location was perfect, close to shops and transportation.

The walls and floors were thin, and we could hear every movement from adjacent rooms. there was a strong, overpowering smell of air freshener that gave us a headache, and the view from our window was disappointing.

Great location in Palermo's old town, comfortable and modern rooms, best beds on our vacation, helpful and friendly host, delicious homemade breakfast with plenty of choices, excellent support and assistance from the owner.

Nothing to fault.

Great breakfast, loved the homemade croissants and fresh fruit options. Ideal location with easy access to nearby attractions. Loved the outdoor terrace and the stunning view from the balcony.

No one was available to greet us when we arrived, leaving us feeling a bit lost in the start. The noise at night made it difficult to get a good night's sleep which was a bit bothersome. we were not pleased with the value we received for the price we paid.
